Your access continues through the end of your paid period. After that, access to all tools, updates, and support terminates. Assets you’ve already downloaded are yours to keep.
Can I share my login with my team?+
Each license tier includes a defined seat count (1, 3, or 10). Credentials are non-transferable beyond your licensed seat count. Sharing outside your seat limit is a license violation.
Is there a refund if I’m not satisfied?+
Yes — a 14-day review window is available on initial purchase, provided no tools have been downloaded or activated. After the review window, charges are non-refundable.
Can I upgrade my tier mid-year?+
Yes. Upgrade any time — prorated credit for your remaining term is applied toward the higher tier. Downgrades are available at renewal only.
What’s included when new tools ship?+
All new tools released during your active subscription period are included automatically at no additional cost. This applies across all Annual tiers.
